Nephilim Halls Productions, in collaboration with Bloodfire Hawaii Productions and Jody Rose Presents, are proud to announce the Third Annual Hell Night, a night that will bring all your darkest, most devilish dreams to life, on Saturday, January 28, from 9 p.m.-2 a.m. at Anna O’Brien’s. Cover is $10, ages 21 and over welcome.
In a nod to the legendary Hell Nights of San Francisco, New York and other mainland cities that were so popular among the darker subcultures back in the day, Honolulu’s own Hell Night is a haven for all those who love Halloween, the diabolical and macabre, classic horror movies and dark alternative music.
DJs Dat Mot, Azy, Nightfox and Jody Rose will set the stage with classic goth, deathrock and dark alternative music.
This year, don’t miss a set by special guests Bone Canyon, Honolulu’s own fierce, female-fronted metal band!
With big riffs driven by a whirlwind of hair and sweat, Honolulu’s Bone Canyon proves that living in paradise does not dull the intensity of their modern metal sound.
Formed in late 2012, Bone Canyon is vocalist Venus Trombley, guitarist/vocalist Ray Kan, bassist Mike Yeung, and drummer Caitlin Bunner. Fueled by a common love of rock and metal, the band’s sound is heavy, challenging, and accessible, combining the aggression of Thrash, the groove of Stoner, and the experimentation of Progressive Metal.
In between song writing and recording, Bone Canyon has played shows at several Oahu music venues including Republik, where they opened for metal giants Mastodon, Crossroads at Hawaiian Brian’s, Station Bar, Rock Bottom, Kemo’o Farms, Rivals, and Kualoa Ranch. In 2015, they toured the Pacific Northwest, with shows in Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington.
Dark/fetish/hellish/devilish or horror attire recommended.
21 and over are welcome.
Doors open at 9 pm
